We confirm that Mansoft Limited, last year installed the PAYMAN HRMIS System at Awash. The system comprises the entire set of HR Management modules and includes Payroll and Attendance management.  The system runs in a cloud environment. We have asked for the addition of the Clinic Management components that will assist us with medical management The payroll has been customized to meet the local tax reporting standards. They have further created an integration of the Clinic System and the Payroll Management to our Financial ERP called SYSPRO. Their ability to customize our new and changing needs is an important consideration of our contract with them.  

I wish to confirm that we are using the above named PAYMAN HRMIS supplied and implemented by MANSOFT company here in Tanzania.  We have used it to manage our personnel and process staff payroll in various campuses within the Republic of Tanzania since 2015. We have an existing annual support and maintenance contract between Mansoft and SAUT.

We run our HR and Payroll processes using PAYMAN System. The system was acquired from Mansoft on 23rd May 2016. The system has assisted us greatly to manage our HR and Payroll activities in Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda. These activities are centralized in one server in our Nairobi office and accessed via the cloud.  Their payroll reporting system has been aligned to meet the statutory needs of these countries. We have continued to get good support and necessary customization to meet our internal needs from their support engineers.
